1. Terms of Sale

By purchasing any digital product from our Tebex store (OTHERPLANET Store), you agree to the following terms:

• All payments are processed by Tebex Limited who act as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Purchases are made directly from Tebex Limited, not from OTHERPLANET.
• All products sold are licensed, not sold. You are granted a personal, limited license to use the script on the Cfx.re account that was used at the time of purchase.
• You are strictly prohibited from:

  1. 1. Reverse engineering, decompiling or editing the resource’s code.
  2. 2. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the resource in any way.
  3. 3. Uploading the resource to public repositories or leak websites.

Any breach of these terms may result in your license being revoked without refund, and may also lead to your Cfx.re account being reported or banned.

2. Tebex Terms

Our checkout and billing system is operated by Tebex Limited. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the:

• Tebex Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08129184), with its registered office at 5th Floor, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP, United Kingdom.

Tebex handles all payment processing, tax collection, and chargebacks.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable by default under Tebex’s platform rules. However, as a gesture of goodwill, OTHERPLANET offers a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:

• Refunds will only be considered if the script does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• If you report an issue within 7 days, the refund period may be extended until troubleshooting is complete.
• Refund requests may be denied if:

  1. 1. The script was successfully transferred to another Cfx.re account.
  2. 2. We cannot verify your purchase.
  3. 3. The issue is caused by your server configuration, third-party resources, or personal error (e.g. buying with the wrong account, accidental duplicate purchase).
  4. 4. You refuse to cooperate with our support team.

• Important Notes:

  1. Payments made via cryptocurrency are not refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Purchased subscriptions (e.g. products with recurring payments or automatic renewals) are non-refundable once started.
  3. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

4. Support

We aim to provide fast and professional support, and we expect all customers to communicate respectfully with our team.

• Official support is provided through our Discord server (preferred) or via email (see Support page).
• To receive support, you must verify your purchase and have the Customer role in our Discord.
• Support is available to legitimate customers only. Leaked, resold or stolen copies are not eligible.
• Lifetime support is conditional upon remaining a member of our Discord server.
• Abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff will result in restricted or denied support.
